Support Reps assist our clients with general questions and support when using our services.
- Respond to client tickets in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat.
- Identify client needs and help them use specific features.
- Escalate client issues to the proper team if necessary.
- Encourage clients to submit suggestions via Discord if possible.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Assist in training new Support Reps.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
- Must be at least 13 years old.
- Must have some experience with Customer Service.
- Patience when handling tough situations.
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
