Support Rep

Support Reps assist our clients with general questions and support when using our services.


  • Respond to client tickets in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat.
  • Identify client needs and help them use specific features.
  • Escalate client issues to the proper team if necessary.
  • Encourage clients to submit suggestions via Discord if possible.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Assist in training new Support Reps.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.


  • Must be at least 13 years old.
  • Must have some experience with Customer Service.
  • Patience when handling tough situations.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
